What is Student Exchange?

Student exchange constitutes the reciprocal exchange of students among participating Universities enabling the admission of students for 1 or 2 semester at the tuition rate of the home university. The UWI, Mona has approximately 50 institutional agreements and Memoranda of Understanding with leading institutions around the world. Exchange agreements have been established with institutions in Brazil, Canada, UK, USA and Sweden among others.

What is Study Abroad?

Study Abroad affords students the opportunity to spend 1 or 2 semesters at any overseas University at which course credits are recognized by their Faculties. Students visiting under this scheme pay full cost to the host university. All application must be submitted through the Study Abroad Coordinator at the home University.
